Chronoprakriti is your body constitution. Our lifestyle choices may not be suitable to our body. If we know our chronoprakriti and modify the lifestyle accordingly, we will age gracefully without any drug dependeancy.
Is my chronoprakriti changing with age, profession or season?
You are born with certain chronoprakriti which you inherit from your parents. That will not change. But there are certain changes in clock mechanism as you age and also predominance of certain dosha (vikriti) specific to lifestyle choices and seasonal variations.
