If you are not satisfied with our service we are here to help you at 8888810554 (10 am – 6pm IST Monday – Saturday)
Once you have made the payment and cancel the appointment within 24 hours, except GST, you will receive whole amount back.
For online counseling, please make sure that you have Broadband/Fibernet/High Speed Mobile Data connection. If there is any problem from the client’s internet connection, no refund will be provided. If there is any internet connection problem from the counselor’s side, he will give you a slot in your convenient time sooner.
For webinars, once payment is made, there is no refund and return policy
For workshops, once payment is made, there is no refund and return policy
For products, once payment is made, there is possibility to return and get refund within seven working days.
Once you have attended the session/webinar/workshop, no refund after the session or no refund of remaining classes of same course.
Advance payment is mandatory to book consultation or register for any course. If your remaining payment is not done before the commencement of classes, you are discontinued for the sessions till the full payment is not processed.
